What to include
A bike or scooter
Include the product link, selected configuration and the rider-fit or intended-use question. Tell us which manufacturer detail you need clarified.
A battery or replacement part
Include the exact vehicle model and the existing part code when known. Do not assume two components match because their connectors or appearance are similar.
Availability and delivery
Include the item, quantity, selected option and U.S. ZIP code. Tell us about access or delivery requirements that may affect the shipment.
An existing request or return
Include the request or order reference and describe the issue. For a return, wait for the appropriate address and shipping instructions before sending an item.
Accounts and privacy
For an account issue, describe what happened and give the relevant email address. Never send your password, a reset link, payment card information or sensitive identity documents. For a request concerning personal information, specify whether you need access, correction, deletion or a preference change.
Before you submit
Check that your contact details are entered correctly. If you are following up, mention the request reference or earlier subject. The form accepts text rather than file attachments; describe the issue first so support can explain any additional information needed.
For damaged equipment or a battery concern, describe the item and issue to support. Do not send a battery through an ordinary return shipment without appropriate instructions. In an emergency, contact the relevant emergency service rather than waiting for a shop enquiry response.
