Information we collect

How we use information
We use enquiry information to review your question, respond and handle follow-up support. Account information supports sign-in, account management and related assistance. Email-update requests are used for the updates requested. We also use records where reasonably needed to protect the site, resolve support issues and meet applicable obligations.
Contact forms are not a place to send payment card details, passwords or sensitive identity documents. A vehicle’s full model name is normally sufficient for a compatibility question; do not include an IMEI or serial number just to identify its model.
Cart and checkout requests
When you submit a checkout request, the website records your selected items and quantities, reference amounts, name, email, phone number, delivery address and any notes you provide. The request is stored in WooCommerce with its own reference and an awaiting-confirmation status. We use these details to check availability, pricing and delivery, and to contact you about the request. A confirmation email may identify the requested items and reference estimate; it is not a payment receipt.
Your separate SMS choice is saved with the request, including an unchecked choice, date, source, wording version and text. Request-related communication does not enroll you for promotional texts. No card information is collected by this confirmation checkout.
Where enquiry records are kept
Form submissions are saved in our website database for our team to review. Account details are stored through the website’s account system. Operational backups may also contain these records and support recovery if site data is lost or damaged.
Sending a message does not by itself create a marketing subscription for every channel. We distinguish your support request, any requested email updates and the separately recorded SMS choice. A phone number alone does not authorize promotional texts.
SMS choices and mobile information
The promotional SMS program is currently inactive. We record the website choice, but no promotional SMS is sent and no number is enrolled for sending at this stage. If the described program is activated, the SMS Terms explain its content, frequency and opt-out instructions.

Hosting, DNS/security and email providers help operate the website and communications. They may process the information necessary to perform those services. If a payment provider is used, its own privacy information applies to the data it processes; do not send payment details in a support message.
We may retain or disclose records where required by applicable law or reasonably needed to protect the service and address misuse. This policy does not authorize another company to use mobile consent data for its own promotional campaigns.
Cookies and technical use
